What made you try SPENGA in the first place?
1. Originally, my wife was the one who really wanted to do this back in early 2020. After my first session, I was addicted. I came back as a member early this year, remembering just how much of an incredible workout this is and how much Spenga has to offer.
What is your favorite part about SPENGA?
2. My favorite part about Spenga has to be the wonderful instructors and staff. Each one is so friendly and knowledgeable in their sessions and does a very well in leading a class, which removes the difficulty of planning something out for yourself.

How has SPENGA impacted you?
4. Spenga continues to motivate me to be the best version of myself physically, mentally, and spiritually. Spenga has also introduced me to so many great people and friends for which I look forward to seeing each week. Also, having just completed You vs.You, my habits in eating and fitness have been greatly influenced for the better.
Best piece of advice for someone just starting their fitness journey or someone who’s interested in trying SPENGA?
5. My advice would be to self-examine and find your key reasons and motivators to start a fitness journey. Having that motivation to start is the first step toward continuing to better yourself. Spenga helps to nourish that motivation, which is another great reason to try it. Also, finding accountability to help encourage you along the way is a major factor in continuing your fitness journey; coming to Spenga makes that part really easy.
