I was an athlete pretty much my entire life. And ended up playing D1 softball in college and that’s where my love for fitness truly began and seeing how far I can push my body was truly amazing. Now I am currently an NASM certified personal trainer helping high school softball/baseball athletes with strength training on top of my fitness instruction at SPENGA

 

What do you think is most important in a fitness philosophy? 

To me the most important in a fitness philosophy is to overcome weakness train your mind as well as your body - never forget the soul.

What is your go to pre or post-workout snack?

 My go-to pre or post-workout snack is a premier protein shake or protein smoothie.

What is your favorite part of being a SPENGA instructor? 

I love being able to speak life into other people on their life journeys and speaking motivational and positive things. Many of the instructors motivated me before becoming one myself and I love being able to do the same for others.

I love that SPENGA is a positive place of peace and genuine community

 

What impact has SPENGA had on you?

SPENGA taught me how to take care of me. How to be sure to take care of your mental and physical health; how to be a light to others.
