What made you want to try SPENGA in the 1st place?
I decided to try SPENGA as a way to keep myself active, as I was getting tired of doing just cardio vs just lifting. I love cycling, but I also love lifting weights and I definitely didn't have time to do a 45 minutes cycling class in addition to doing a lift workout. SPENGA was the perfect combination of my favorites!
What is your favorite part about SPENGA?
I have a few... 1. the connections you form and the way everyone makes you feel like part of a community, who will support you even on the days you aren't motivated 2. all the instructor's music playlists are always spot on

Definitely a REP girl.
How has SPENGA impacted you?
SPENGA has made me genuinely enjoy working out again. I kind of lost my path for a while in fitness before SPENGA, but now I look forward to classes (most days). I can honestly say I feel more confident and more comfortable with myself after joining SPENGA.
Best piece of advice for someone just starting out on their fitness journey, or for someone interested in trying SPENGA.
YOU GOT THIS! And give yourself some grace during your first few classes.. everyone had to start somewhere. That's another great thing about SPENGA, the instructors will consistently tell you that each class is YOURS and it's all about what YOUR body can do.
