You inspire us with your energy and dedication in session, and your kindness outside of it. Keep up the awesome WERK, friend! Here is a bit about Danielle:
What made you want to try SPENGA in the 1st place?
I like trying new workouts and finding ones that I truly enjoy. I find it hard to work out alone, so I feel motivated when I get to work out with others and meet new people.
What is your favorite part about SPENGA?
My favorite part would have to be the variety of the workouts! The instructors and other members are also great.
Ride, Rep, or Revive?!
I really enjoy all three, so my favorite part is normally different each day. Some days I’m ready to sweat and attempt to increase my sweet spot then other days I need to slow my mind and stretch during yoga.
How has SPENGA impacted you?
SPENGA has positively impacted both my physical and mental strength. I suffered many broken bones in a car accident years ago so I feel grateful when workouts help my body feel better and stronger. I also deal with anxiety, so the hour to leave stress outside and focus on myself has made a huge difference.
Best piece of advice for someone just starting out on their fitness journey, or for someone interested in trying SPENGA.
Just try it! You won’t regret it. You’ll enjoy working out and feel great too.
