What is your fitness background?
I have a Masters in Exercise and Nutrition Science, I am a certified health coach and a 200-hr registered yoga instructor. I was a student athlete from 8 years old through college. I’ve worked in the fitness and nutrition industry for 8 years, managing nutrition plans, fitness plans and teaching yoga.
What do you think is most important in a fitness philosophy?
The most important thing in a fitness journey is to find what you love and what is fun. Then, from there, be creative with it. That’s how you sustain longevity and meet your goals.
Favorite song right now?!
My favorite song right now is Savage by Megan Stallion. When that beat drops, my alter ego comes out!! Lol
What is your go to pre or post-workout snack?
Banana and peanut butter!
We know instructors aren’t *supposed* to choose...but fess up. RIDE, REP, or REVIVE?!
REVIVE hands down!
What is your favorite part of being a SPENGA instructor?
My favorite part of being a SPENGA instructor is seeing members believe in themselves. That is the greatest gift.
What is your favorite time to take a session? Favorite Format?
5:45pm is my favorite time to take a session. My favorite workout format is IGNITE!!!
What do you love about SPENGA?
I love how every day is a new challenge at SPENGA and that we get to be overcomers together, each step of the way. We struggle together, we fight together, we win together.
What impact has SPENGA had on you?
The impact SPENGA has had on me is confidence as an instructor, hands down. It truly brought out the best in me in every way possible.
What are you reading? Binge watching?
I am reading “Forgetting What You Can’t Forget” by Lysa Terkeurst. I am watching The Circle and 90 Day Fiancée.
